The services ATL Hydroseeding E.A. Ltd. offers is based on a large professional background, due to

• The technical know-how for over 40 years in hydroseeding and back up facilities available through the two German Directors, owners of the Germany based ATL Group
• The educational background (Ph.D.), training and work experience of the Managing Director as agronomist for tropical and semitropical regions and on environmental issues, as well as through over fifteen years of experience through his Kenyan company in the environmental and agriculture field; BiologicalEnvironmentSystems & Products Ltd. (BESyP)

• Many years’ experience in local administration and own business of the Kenyan Director
• Local technicians with a vast experience in vehicle and machinery mechanics and the local spare part market

We are recruiting the local collaborators in the different regions of the country, in line with contracts and train them constantly on all aspects of hydroseeding both technical and mechanical as well as environmental and biological aspects (seeds, soils). Only in the early years after the business registration, we used the support of non-Kenyan technicians (although residents) to jump start the business successfully.
