Erosion Control Blankets / Geotextiles

If sloped surfaces are particularly erosion-prone or if special stress is to be expected (e.g. excess precipitation run-off from other areas) special geotextiles of natural fibers may be used in combination with an appropriate vegetation to improve erosion control on that surface. Geotextiles provide the option of increased surface protection.
